Bonnie in Ok Posted January 8, 2013 Report Share Posted January 8, 2013 I am working on this baby quilt and is mostly stitch in the ditch (as best as I could get it anyways) and wondering if I should do an open design around the border of each of the frames of the animals. I do have the smaller border sid but the two color one that is about two inches wide is the one I am wondering if I should do some kind of quilting in? RitaR Posted January 8, 2013 Report Share Posted January 8, 2013 Bonnie, I think it would really look nice if you sid the lines between the green border and the light fabric, or do something like leaves or loops, or loops and stars, etc. It might also look good if you stitched a design on all three block borders, something like the sashing.an oak leaf would be good and not really hard as each leaf is shapped different.
