Sandra Darlington
Ardelle, that is such wonderful news and I pray you will have many, many more cancer free years. I went through what turned out to be quite a scare. I had a lump, but it was not cancerous. Thank God! And thanks to Ardelle and Charlotte for holding my hands (electronically), and gave me such incredible support while I waited for the final diagnosis. Hugs to you!!! K. Szymaszek
Congratulations on your Anniversary and to all who have beat that cursed disease. I heard those words last May and have been pretty private about it. I am realizing lately that that may not be the best way. It took me a long time to access this forum but I am so glad I finally did. It is so much more than quilting.K

fineseams
I was stage 3 with breast CA, told that 2 - 3 years was a good estimate of time remaining. That was 20 years ago. My mantra is: Every day is a gift. When, on occasion, I get grumpy about something and feel really down, I just give myself a little mental kick and remind myself how fortunate I am to still be here.
