pumpkinpatchquilter
I dug up this OLD yellow brick road I made about eight years ago...I'd like to add a new border and quilt it up to use it as a sample for a really nice and versatile pantograph...something not too difficult as I don't have stitch regulation so there's no time to stop and figure out where the line is supposed to go! I was thinking some sort of feathers? (Because you know I'm kind of obsessed with feathers...) Any suggestions? I also added a picture of the rainbows thread I bought to use on it... LynnQuilts
There's an old panto called Feathered Curls by Jodi Beamish that I've used a lot, very feathery and I don't think too difficult. It looks great.
Liam
Valerie I would use the print in your fabric as inspiration and use a panto something like "Zephyr" or "Threadz".

pumpkinpatchquilter
Thank you Sharon - I sure will!! I still can't decide for sure what panto I'm going to do - I'm going to go look over at Golden Threads and check out the packs...I don't have many and would like to build up a stockpile for customers. I do like that feathers and curls one a lot, I think that's my favorite!
quiltedsunflower
also try MeadowLyon Designs. She has some nice open feather designs as well as lots of artsy things. I especially love her new baby owls. Super cute!
