quiltaholi_518
I have been having SOOO much trouble with poly threads. Static has the thread clinging to the machine, popping out of pigtails, generally creating havoc! On advice, I tried a crockpot steaming away in the corner, no luck. (Hubby not happy with the crock pot on High 18 hours a day!) Had the Hubby turn up the humidifier on the furnace-still no help. I was going through sewers aid by the gallon! I was in Menards and they had room humidifiers on sale, so I thought what do I have to loose? I got a 3 gal. per hour room size evaporative humidifier, and no more cling!! I got through a whole queen sized quilt with NO thread breaks. So those of you in the throws of dry cold winter weather, this is my STRONG recomendation! Although, the weather is breaking, it's a balmy 13 degrees in Chicago!! lol
