RitaR
Beauty=full!! love the consistancy of your loops in size and distance apart.. exquisite. Keep posting such eye candy. Roughly how large are the circles, and the whole quilt Width?? Rita
dlnewell
Rita, The quilt is about 92 x 83 inches. Each melon is 4 x 8 inches. I just love how the lady used all the different colors for each of the melons. The individual pieces on the melons are 1/2 inch wide on the inner edge. There are so many fabrics in the whole thing...I really enjoyed looking at them while I was quilting. I would love to have one of these for myself, but doubt I'll ever have the patience to make one. RitaR
Thanks Debbie. That sounds to be about the same size mellons as the dwr's I've begun. Making 7 at a time, so I got burned out before I finished the melons. I think I have about 6-8 to go. It gets boring and time sucking to do the paper piecing I'm using. Guess it's time to get back to work on them and try to finish while I still can. I only have 5 or 6 pieces to each section of the arc, I hope not more, or it will be super hard to get back to them. Rita Thanks,
