The show had two awards for machine workmanship and they were both awarded to APQS owners........ 

 

OK, So I'm blowing my own Trumpet too.....I feel honoured....Congratulations to Nancy and all of the winners too...

 

Best Machine Workmanship Innovative, 'Just Married de Los Muertos' by Nancy Arseneault, USA (I'm sure Nancy quilts on a George)

 

Best Machine Workmanship Traditional, 'Flourish' by Kay Bell, UK (Quilted on my APQS Millenium)

 

If there is anyone else in the list using an APQS machine please let me know?

Kay,

Wow, your quilt is wonderful. I took an online class with you that Carla Barrette taught. I have seen your class work, and I am not surprised at all of the workmanship on this quilt. Wish I could have seen it up close. Congratulations.

I've admired your work, Kay, and feel honored to have won the corresponding ribbon for the innovative category.  Yes indeed, my entry was quilted on my George.  This is a show I've never entered before...I'm so pleased to have been recognized!  Thanks to all for the nice remarks, Nancy in Tucson
