An event for piecers, quilters and the curious. This event will feature the art of free motion machine quilting, and provide many insights and techniques used by very successful machine quilters.

Come shop the Vendor mall on Thursday evening and get prepared for classes and demonstrations on Friday and Saturday. Enjoy our banquet on Friday night.

THURSDAY - Kick off the event with FREE ADMISSION and DOOR PRIZES to our Vendor Mall. Shop from 6 to 10 p.m. Items for quilt piecers to tools for machine quilters, books, fabrics, and all quilt related supplies. Longarm Machine vendors will be present to answer any of your questions and allow you to test drive one of their machines.

FRIDAY and SATURDAY - Learn the latest techniques of machine quilting in classes and demonstrations from well known faculty members including Jamie Wallen, Jodi Robinson, DeLoa Jones, Jessica Jones, Diana Phillips, Kathy McCarty, Janice Kiser and others, from 8 a.m. through 6 p.m. Registration for classes begin February 1st and end on October 5, 2007. First come first served.

Don't forget our Friday night Dinner Banquet at 7 p.m, followed by Shirley Stutz, nationally known quilt designer, teacher, author and OLAQ member presenting her story "She Did What?!.

Kay and I will be at the "Quilting with Machines" vendors mall in October.

We will be demonstrating the Circle Lord on a REAL long arm machine for 4 hours - ( the Circle Lord is usually demo-ed on a table and you imagine the sewing part.)

Because of trans-border travel, there will not be much to buy and take away.

Just come out and ask questions and get ideas. We can bring some pre-orders.

Looking forward to seeing customers and new faces.
