Quilting Heidi Posted November 18, 2013 Report Share Posted November 18, 2013 I too would do curved lines behind the pinwheels to make them look like they are spinning. you can find the center of the pinwheel and then just keep rotating around until you have it filled in. I have a stencil I can use for that but you can probably use a boomerang and mark the 4 quadrants, then in between those and on until you get the width you like.
