CrazyAboutQuilting
Love it! That's a whole lot of pebbles but wow did they ever give the extra pizzaz to this beautiful quilt! Primitive1
Thanks everyone! You all are so kind! I love how pebbling looks but find that it is cramping may hands up and have to take lots of breaks and have started wearing one of those gloves…also, I am trying to make the pebbles a little bigger…but then they have be the right size next to the appliqué. I think I need to use some other backgrounds next time.
CindyT
That's beautiful, Vicki! All those pebbles take a lot of time and looks like you've perfected them!

cmkeindl1
Gorgeous! the quilting and the applique! How did you do the square feather wreaths? Thanks for sharing!
Primitive1
Hi Cathy, I just chalked a circle (small circle ruler) in the center of each square using crosshairs to make sure it was centered, then free handed those wreaths trying to fill up each square - truth be known, I was trying to fill them up so I wouldn't have to do another background fill around those too so I echoed around them..and then filled the centers with pebbles to echo the appliqué blocks. Somewhere I read to try to stick to 2-3 quilt designs per quilt so that it all ties in together.
