SewMarylyn
I am a brand-new Quilt path owner as of Friday evening. Got it all set up and ready to run. Turned on the computer and it says motor mismatch detected...? Can anyone help me with this problem or will I have to wait and call Monday morning? barbm
Marylyn, make sure your table-mounted motor has both wires plugged in. If that's not the problem, send an email to dawn@apqs.com with a copy to qp@apqs.com - mark them high priority, maybe someone will be checking. shirleyl
Check that everything is plugged in under the carriage. They seem to wiggle loose in shipping for some reason. Shirley

SewMarylyn
Yes I have unplugged and re-plugged all the wires in unplug it from the wall turned everything off replug get back into the wall main source of power and still get this Motor mismatch detect . When I turn it all on I hear the motor on the right side of my machine drives the belt it's connected to the table is running , is that right or wrong. I am at a loss and don't know what to do I have unplugged all the wires from the motor that drives the belt but still the same thing happens. :-(
