LibbyG
My friend decided to finish two UFOs. We live an hour from the plane crash on 9/11, so a group of her friends each made this flag quilt. Since the names weren't centered on the lines, we decided a simple crosshatch would be the best design. She couldn't remember anything about the other wall hanging. As usual I used So Fine and BL. 9 11 Flag by LibbyG7, on Flickr Wall Hanging by LibbyG7, on Flickr Wall Hanging (3) by LibbyG7, on Flickr

CindyT
As in pure Libby style, you did a wonderful job quilting these! Is that a super skinny border or a flange that you had to deal with on the one wall hanging?

LibbyG
Cindy, She used a super small border in there. All she could remember was that she made up the border design. She's really into Civil War and reproduction quilts and likes everything to be quilted as it was back then. So as long as I have feathers somewhere she's usually happy.
