I think you will need to share how you quilted that spiral feather wreath.  It looks fantstic and has me intrigued.

Thank you everyone for kind words.

Lyn, here is how I did the feather spiral wreath. I hope the pics come out ok.

1st I drew my circle, the hook in center, feather in between spines. Also the dotted lines to keep my feathers all the same size.

Next I stitched only the circle spine starting where I began my inner hook. Then began my feathers on the outside all the way around.

Then I went up the hook spine and formed the middle feather which brought me to the inside of the circle spine and did my feathers all the way around and up the hook, then freehand followed the spine down to the middle feather and feathered my way back up.

I hope these pics aren't super-sized. Here goes

For some reason the last pics don't show up when I click on them. Let me know if you would like me to do this over and I'll try to down size the pics. Thanks again everyone. K

Keep going to next post to see pics.

Oh my word!  That quilt and the quilting are absolutely gorgeous!  And I love your mini quilt, too!  I can't imagine how many bobbins of thread you went through to get this quilted and how many hours it would have taken.  Thanks for sharing your wreath drawings, too.  Definitely a keeper!
