Bonnie H Posted March 10, 2014 Report Share Posted March 10, 2014 A few weeks ago I asked for "permission" to quilt this mostly civil war print quilt with a panto and ideas for a panto. My first thought was Baptist Fan but the quilt I have on my bed already is quilted this way and I wanted something different, something to bring a little fun to what seemed like a drab quilt. I went ahead with a panto called "Wild Flowers" and I'm pretty happy with the end result, mostly just happy it is finished! LOL All that I have left is to hand sew the binding down and wash it. I really like the colors with the bedroom wall. My DH is colorblind and his only request in the whole house was to have a dark blue bedroom. The camera doesn't capture the color very well -- the wall color looks much prettier than this!!! P.S. Sorry for the exceptionally large images. I can't get them to shrink!!!
