I made two of these, one for my niece and the other for a dear family friends daughter. Only took me three years. The girls are now 3 years old so good timing. The scroll is a digital pattern from Keryn Emmerson and was part of a set called "Welsh", no longer on her website. However I see it in the set " Celtic Hearts Double Irish Chain Set" under Blocks and Boarders. For the curved rays I used a no frills ruler from Constantine Quilts.
