Fastquilts
:)I am so excited about the quilting class I am going to on Friday in Louisville, KY. with Karen Mctavish! I know I will never quilt like her but just be able to attend a class is just awesome for me.
cherylannie
She is awesome! She is so relaxed and fun to learn from. I really enjoyed the class I took from her. You are so lucky. I would like to take her Victorian Feathers class someday.

LindaSteller
Get ready to laugh! I swear, if she weren't such a great quilter, she could be a stand up comedian. The woman is a hoot and a half, not to mention a wonderful person. You are fortunate to be able to take a class from her!
JenniferBernard
I just love Karen. She is a blast! I have taken a lot of her classes and was a Teacher Angel for her at MQS one year.
qltnbe
I was fortunate enough to take three classes from her this week in Louisville. McTavishing, Victorian Feathers, Heirloom quilting. You are right....she is a hoot. Also, because I have known Angela (the gal who runs the APQS shop in Louisville) for years, I got to go to dinner with Karen, Angela, and another friend, Shirley. I have learned so much in the last couple of days and according to Karen, I can no longer call myself a "newbie". Guess I had better get practicing so that I don't really quilt like one.
