Farmland Quilter Posted September 14, 2014 Report Share Posted September 14, 2014 My needle was slamming down and staying down in the middle of quilting. Called APQS and they got back to me the same day and Amy overnighted a part. It didn't fix the problem and they again and Brenda overnighted me a different part. The instructions to install the parts had great pictures and instructions. We installed both parts with no problems. So far ... So good. Their customer service was a secondary reason why I got my APQS (first being that I just love the machine)! Glad that it's all fixed.
