The entry form is available in the Class and Event Catalogue as well as the IMQA website at: www.imqa.org The Quilt Show Entry Form instructions have an error in the number of entries allowed. To correct this error we will allow the following: 3 Quilted Items (this includes Tools of the Trade & Computer Guided) 3 Wearables 3 Miscellaneous 3 Bread and Butter 3 Miniatures for a total of 15 entries possible.
