LisaC
My husband's aunt, Donalene Rasmussen, from San Diego, created this quilt in 2000. Dona was an artist; but she also created every type of quilt imaginable. She has quilts pictured in several publications and also was commissioned to make the Balboa Park Diamond Jubilee Quilt in 2000. Auntie Dona passed away a few years ago and the family gifted us with one of her fabulous quilts: "Where My Wild Friends Are". There are so many critters hiding in this quilt; it is a very fun "I Spy" quilt. There are some close up shots on my photostream! RitaR
I love it, and spent FAR too much time looking for the critters. Does it have a label telling of it's history? That would be wonderful to pass on with the info. Love it and bless her.
