mona
Just received my demo 2014 George from the factory where it was totally checked out. After years of test driving the George, I was so excited to finally own one. I set it up according to instructions. Turned it on & Only the Light Works! I am so disappointed. Any ideas for what I did wrong or what is wrong with the machine??? thanks for the help.
Neher-in-law5
Call them, when my George would only have lights but not run it was a short in the circuit boards. They replaced the one in the head and the one in the foot pedal. What a bummer to have that happen on the first start up, not even time to enjoy playing first. SYork
Does the George have a fuse? It could be a blown fuse.
BethDurand
If you lights are on, it sounds like maybe your stitch length is set at zero. Lights on would indicate that you've got power, and therefore the fuse wouldn't be blown.
mona
An update to my George that would not run. Two APQS employees contacted me over the weekend & made an offer that will more than fix the situation. Wow, What a company!!!
chickenscratch
I'm glad you got it fixed. Yes, they are a great company. That's why so many of us are brand loyal.
