K. Szymaszek
I am delivering this quilt today but a little concerned. The border turned out pretty wavy. I dont remember it being.much of an issue to begin with. I am wondering if all the corner applique caused a bit of the issue and hoping it will block out. Anyone have an issue like this before and wondering what i could have done to avoid it.Thanks for your input. K
T Row Studio
I had a boarder once that was a bit wavy when I was done doing the quilting. It was one of my own and I was putting it in a quilt show so I blocked the outer border only and it hung straight as an arrow at the show
qltnbe
Hopefully after taking your triple measurements each way and once you apply your binding, that might just be remedied.
Sheri Butler
Yes, very possibly. Blocking will take care of it so it wont be noticeable!
anniemueller
Blocking should work. If it's wool batting, steam works wonders.
K. Szymaszek
Thank you all for your responses. I was hoping blocking would.straighten things out. K
Primitive1
I agree, after you block it, it should look fine!
