barbm
No worries, Laura!! Officially, you have until March 15th to get these in the mail. And there are others that won't be going out until next week, so absolutely no problem!!
barbm
We have M&Ms and other assorted chocolates from Jeannie, and cute little dinos from Betsy. Just a few more left to get here...
WandaGerdes
I forgot to tell you all my fabrics left Monday. I hope I'm not the last lol.
barbm
No worries, Wanda! There are still several packages enroute, and one quilter signed up but hasn't been on the forums since early February, so I'm not sure she's going to make the deadline! barbm
Melissa's package arrived from New Hampshire, so we have butterflies, foxes and dragons, oh my! Just a few more packages left to come, but does anyone know how to reach phx515? She hasn't been on the forums since early February, so I'm not sure we can count on her participation... Oma
Do you need someone else to kick in 50 more charms or will it matter much?
barbm
If her squares don't arrive next week, then I can cover her slots - I've got lots of appropriate fabrics! But thanks for asking, Oma!
barbm
Cowboy boots and cowboy hats have arrived from Laura in Texas (appropriate!) and monkeys and candy from Wanda in Iowa. Only two packages still to arrive, but I haven't heard from either phx515 or cherylannie since they signed up. We'll give them until next week to make contact - they I'll fill their slots with some cute stuff from my own stash.
lbarnes2
Hi Barb, Have you sent phx515 or cherylannie a message through the member message area?
barbm
A couple of messages, actually. Cherylannie has at least read the first message, but phx515 hasn't been on the forums in a month. I'm hoping.....
lbarnes2
Hopefully they will respond. Thank you again for organizing this and doing all the work involved. It's been fun hearing about all of the different fabric squares coming in and knowing that we will be getting them soon! WandaGerdes
The hubby just asked me today when he brought in the mail, where the squares were. It seems he is excited to see an eye spy quilt as much as me lol. I can't wait to be able to work on it.
T Row Studio
exciting Barb just had my fourth grandchild on the 1th and expecting my fifth beginning of Sept. This swap was very timely for sure.
barbm
Spoiler alert!! We have too many monkeys! Seems like two of you chose the same monkey fabric, so there will be matching squares in each stack of 50.
HeidiP
Barbara, Thank you for organizing this exchange! I'm already planning what to do with my squares.

barbm
I now have 50 stacks of 5" squares on my cutting board - now to package them all back up and send them out! I'm hoping to get them all in the mail tomorrow, but we'll see..... My thanks to those ladies who cut 50 squares of one fabric, instead of using up your stash (10 of this, 20 of that...) - you made it a lot easier! But those ladies that contributed an assortment of fabrics, we made it work, and I'm very thankful that you gave me pairs of squares, so that we can provide matches for those who want them. For those of you who sent along tokens of thanks, you're so very welcome! It has been Christmas for me since this all started, watching the packages pile up. Now I get to return the favor. Oh, and one more thing: in each of your packets, you'll find a couple of extra squares. When I was looking for fabric last week, I ran across some with "Clifford, the Big Red Dog." I was going to cut him down to 5" but just couldn't do it. So you each have one pair of matching (larger than 5") squares featuring Clifford, as my gift to you!!
