AshleyD
I couldn't figure out why my Millie wasn't stitching today. Until I took a look at my bobbins! I have no idea what happened here but my bobbins are lopsided.. any thoughts?? Also, not sure why my picture only wants to be sideways
Tamarack
Your bobbins look warped. Look where the two are side by side, you see the one on the right is pinched in compared to the one on the left. Looks like the one on the left is pinched in too. Sheagatzi
did you thread your bobbin winder correctly? I once forgot to thread through that one hole after it goes through the tension spring and that one hole kind of guides the thread into the perfect position. A thought! jimerickson
Ashley: What are your bobbins made of, and what did you wind them on? Are they steel or aluminum? Did you wind them on your machine, or on a stand alone bobbin winder? They resemble the "M" size black steel ones that are made in China. I've had some problems with them, and stopped buying them. I've never had any bent like that, but have had ones that were out of round. If they're aluminum ones, they can be easily deformed. I've never used any aluminum ones, but I know just dropping one can damage it. A little more info might be helpful. Jim
