Pat C
I've been asked to make a quilt or wall hanging with boxer dogs for a fund raiser for the Boxer Rescue organization. I know I've seen a pattern in the past with a boxer dog but can't for the life of me find anything. I've searched the web and am coming up with nothing. Do any of you have any suggestions where I might find such pattern? Thanks in advance!
ffq-lar
Here's a link to paper-pieced boxers (scroll down) from Silver Linings. http://www.silverliningsoriginals.com/cc/c.html#b
T Row Studio
If I were doing a project like this and could not find a pattern I Google , in your case, boxer coloring book pages or boxer clip art, then I would make a applique pattern for the dog on the larger size then add a border with bones or maybe paw prints could add patchwork around the center block also to make it bigger. I hope this was of help to you good luck on your project
lisae
Have you seen Sue Olsen's patterns? I have made a couple and they are really fun! http://www.doggonequilts.com/index.php/boxer
Pat C
Great ideas! Thank you everyone! I've found some clip art that will work great and also ordered some patterns from both sites. I get a bit carried away, can you tell I love Boxer dogs? I have until October so may make 2 or 3 items for the raffle. Thanks again Linda, Terry & Lisa - I new this forum would pull thru for me.
