Kara C
If anyone has any ideas I would be really grateful. We have just finished setting up a new Millie with Quilt Path, have gone to start stitching and the needle up/down (white dot) doesn't work on either handle. The machine whirs like she would when you start stitching but the needle doesn't move. If you press down to start stitching she does start but then takes a while to stop and seems to catch in a mid cycle. The screen shows needle up and the needle is down in the fabric. Help please!! :-( thanks, Kara x
barbm
Post again in the APQS Help forum and send an email (marked High Priority) to service@apqs.com. This doesn't sound like anything I've seen in the field, you will likely need help from Dawn Cavanaugh or the wonderful service ladies. Be sure to post again once the problem is resolve, so we know what the solution was!!
Kara C
Thank you for your reply. It certainly doesn't seem to be a problem that is greatly experienced so will be interesting to find out the solution. I have heard about a Quilt Path Facebook group which is used more than the forum sometimes, do you know how to access it? x

barbm
They are links to websites, Zeke, but I'm not brave enough to test them. Just looks kind of "hinky" to me...
