cynthiag
I love my Quilt Path, but recently when I try to repair the pattern after a thread break it freaks out! When I try to trace back, it goes to a completely different area of the quilt top and begins tracing. Or sometimes it traces back, but when I push to sew, after pulling the bobbin, it will jump to a completely different area of the quilt to begin sewing. Any ideas? Has anyone else had this problem? I'm getting tired of picking out stitching so I can start the row over.
lmeimann
Mine does that freaking out thing every so often, usually when it says return to pattern placement. Or just freezes up and I am unable to get any button to work. Frustrating.
ThreadWaggle
Do you have the USB hub that they sent with the system installed? If so, unplug it and plug the USB cable directly into your surface. Are you getting any error messages? Liz, how long are you giving it to respond? cynthiag
Except when I used it yesterday, I usually have USB cable plugged directly into the Surface...I think! Now you have me questioning that! And no error messages. I'll make a point of plugging the USB in directly and keep an eye on it. Thanks so much! lmeimann
I don't have the hub plugged in. I've given it3-4 minutes to respond. When that happens none of the buttons respond. I can't even close the program.
