Dresden Plate

Recommended Posts

As a matter of fact, I am doing one right now. My customer is on a fixed income and new at quilting so we are going the cheapest route too. Hope you can see the pics okay, the quilt is on my machine and I already have it set for the next row. I am using Popcorn by Jodi Bemish, Willow Leaf Designs.

Good advice, Mary Beth, I wouldn't have thought of Popcorn! But, I tell my customers when they are trying to choose that popcorn goes with almost anything!

I've also had it chosen for a quilt that was all food fabrics since they thought it looked like broccoli....and another for a boys racing car quilt since they thought it looked like exhaust. Another quilt I did had a grey/blue hand-dyed back so it looked like a dramatic stormy sky on the back, it was great.

I think Popcorn for this quilt would make it look quite cheer-y.
