Quilting Heidi
I finished this baby quilt up for my Great nephew. His mom asked me to make bumper pads a while back and I messed up cutting up the elephant fabric so had to buy more. I kept the unused fabric for when I had some time. This quilt was super quick! I used the rail fence block to make the chevron so you just piece the 2 1/2" strips, cut into 4 1/2" and put on point. I made the triangles and corner triangles to fill in the gaps. I got it pieced in one afternoon! I wish they were all this quick. I think the binding took the longest. LOL It has micro fleece on the back so it will be warm and snuggly for our cold winters. It is a surprise so I hope to get it delivered this week.

Quilting Heidi
Sweet quilt! If you don't mind me asking, did you design and attach the name? Heidi yes I did the name. I used Word to do the lettering, Cooper Black 400, just did outline and printed it reverse image. I used Misty fuse and then used my button hole stitch to stitch around it.
