quiltcrazy1
Hi all! Does anyone else have trouble with the templates fitting underneath the machine? The table is dead-on level. I love this system, but it's extremely frustrating when the board hits the bottom of the carriage. Maybe the carriage screws need to be adjusted? The machine moves great though. Any help would be greatly appreciated and keep me from going bald. :-)
quiltcrazy1
I have a Millie. The majority of the tightness and bumping into the carriage happens in the center of the table and not so much on either end. To me it sounds like the center screw thing on the table is maybe up to high, but yet the table is perfectly level.
smorris
Hi Danetta I think your template might be distorted. Lay it on a flat surface like your dining room table and see if it is turning up at the ends or distorted in some way. lyonden
You could add a washer or 2 under the carriage. It won't bother the wheels at all.
quiltcrazy1
Thank you! I think I've determined the problem..the front of the carriage needs to be raised up just a bit, the clearance in the back is fine.
