Quilting Regina
Sometimes when I'm quilting, my needle seems to make a popping sound as it goes through the fabric, almost like it's going through plastic. What would cause this sound. Is it something I need to correct or is it normal?
RunningThreads
Usually a dull needle or one where the tip is damaged will make that sound. Sometimes batiks or the sandwich is too tight. Try a new needle first. Nigel
