barbm Posted February 6, 2016 Report Share Posted February 6, 2016 Jeanne, send an email to service@apqs.com describing exactly what you're experiencing. Dawn will often monitor those emails, even on weekends. Is your machine on a UPS unit? Or a power conditioner? Or even just a power strip? Try plugging it into a different socket or even a different circuit in your house, just in case it is the incoming power that is causing the problem.
