MarieBrewer
Does anyone own edgerider wheels? I suppose it's me, but I certainly get some drag w/my millie. I have leveled, adjusted carriage bolts, cleaned, oiled and filled all the squares, but I still feel as tho I am fighting with the machine. I did use an A-1 once and wish my Millie would move a little more freely than it does. Jamie Wallen told me to wax the rails w/Reinansence wax, which I do about twice a month. Helps for a short time. I've also tried quilting with a tight sandwich and a loose one but don't feel any difference. Any suggestions?
Nadia Wilson
Have you tried readjusting the cams on the carriage? My machine was dragging a bit and I went through the manuals adjusting cam section again and I solved my problem. Mine (all 4) were set up the same when we installed the machine (oops)...I later figured out the 2 sets are different. Made a world of difference for me. I do not have edgerider wheels...I have the ones my Millennium came with. Hope this helps.
