I usually do a basic puzzle meander for her, but I wanted to do something a little different which she gave me permission to do. I did an E2E pattern from Digitech Patterns called Fantasy Flame that came with my Millie. I love the way it gives the impression of fireworks going off all around the stars. She didn't know the name of it either. I've tried to find the pattern, but so far I haven't been successful. If I find it, I'll post the name of it here as well as who designed it.
