JMD*3 Posted April 15, 2018 Report Share Posted April 15, 2018 OMgosh this is a new machine for me and after every 12 inches I cant move the fabric at all. I cant even pull it out to check the back. I have to cut it right at the bobbin hole and needle then rethread everything and go for another 12 inches...ugg Help Im so frustrated...THANK YOU Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
sewingpup Posted April 15, 2018 Report Share Posted April 15, 2018 Hi do you have a manual? or can you download one from the Viking website? I am thinking you really, really need to look at how you have threaded the machine....follow the directions exactly....also make sure you have put the bobbin in the case correctly.......I have sometimes when in a hurry put it in upside down so it is unwinding the wrong direction and that for sure....will result in thread nests on the back......I am assuming that you have cleaned out the bobbin area? otherwise...there are various yahoo groups I believe for Viking machines....
