Overhead wiring -

Recommended Posts

I don't have overhead wiring, but I did have the curly cord coming out of the back of the machine. It was terrible; it was constantly getting hung on something and there went my quilting way out of whack. APQS sells a cord that is not curly, 15' long, very lightweight. I don't know why that cord is not on every machine they sell. I replaced my curly cord with that straight cord, and even though my cord just hangs off the back of the machine, it is so lightweight that it never gives me a problem any more. HTH

Norece, I second what Lynn said. I had the coiled cord on my Ult. I and I rigged up an overhead system but it was never totally great. My Millennium came with the straight cord and I've just let it hang in the back and I never ever feel any drag nor does it get in the way.
