Quilting frame spools

I bought a handi quilter amara 20 and i just loaded my first quilt on it, however the back bar is quite a bit higher than the front bar and my quilt is angled upwards, it doesn’t seem right. Shouldn’t it be level? I don’t see where i can adjust this.

I am not familiar with your machine and frame so excuse me if this is a silly question!  Is there a bar in front of the back bar that is positioned lower than the back bar?  If so are you loading your quilt under this bar before it rolls up onto the back bar?  

This is a picture of an APQS machine but it will give you an idea of what I am referring to.
