JeannieB
I use the quilt patis too ... i like being able to re-use the plastic templates over and over. I leave the templates in the outside row of the block I'm working on and the adjoining row that I'm fixing to attach for support. I've hand pieced one traditional GFG, two scrappy ones and am working on a 4th. It's a good way to pass the time until I can purchase a longarm! I may even try one of the non-traditional designs in the Hexa-Go-Go book by Tacha Bruecher!
Anne from Guam
I have a hexagon paper punch from a scrapbooking store that is great. The punch has two sizes of hexagons.
