QP Version 5 help

I'm just trying to learn version 5 and am stuck.  I have everything placed.  It sewed the first partial row then stopped before it advanced to the next row within the same zone.  There was no way to move the carriage to cut threads then move to next row.  I hit continue with placement now I can't get it to advance to the second row.  I can trace the row I just quilted but when I try to sew the second row it always goes back to the first.  How to I cut the threads at the end of a row then have it advance to the next row withing the same zone.  HELP!  I'm dead in the water.

Hi Anne,

I am afraid that I can't help you with your QP problem as I don't have one.  I would suggest that you try the APQS Facebook group.  I understand that there is a lot more activity on that site and you are more likely to find help there. This site is pretty quiet these days.  I believe that the FB group is a closed group so you will need to ask to join.
