sewingallday
Hello everyone, I just received in the mail today a flyer for the APQS road show in Texas in Sep. I am thinking about going. It sounds like it would be good for someone that is thinking about buying a longarm someday. Has anyone been to this road show yet?
ramona-quilter
I just went to one last month. They bring machines that you can try out and always give a blurb about the machines. It lasts about 3 hrs. You can ask questions and talk to folks that own APQS machines. It is worth the trip just for the test drive.

Sandra Darlington
I will be going to one this coming Saturday in Willow Grove, PA. I also went to one about 2.5 years ago when I first was looking at different machines. Since I still haven't been able to afford one, I am again going to a show to try the machines and ask lots of questions. I have been saving "forever" and now I hope to make a purchase within the next 6 months. I think you will find the show very helpful in making a decision. pigletaz
I have been to the Phoenix ones - one was a couple of years ago and one this January. They are great and give you some "play" time on the machines. Go go go if you can. I've met several wonderful APQS people this way, and they are all great. They do a terrific job of explaining not only the machines, but things like thread, and other accessories.
