Oh, you like that, eh? Well... maybe I should do another one.....

I've been working on the quilt frame,

All the live-long day!

I've been working on the quilt frame

Just to pass the night away....

Don't you hear the piecers calling:

Rise up! it's time to quilt MINE!

Don't you hear the teacher shouting:

Patty buy that Lennie!

Patty won't you buy?

Patty won't you buy?

Patty won't you buy that Le-e-nnie?

Patty won't you buy?

Patty won't you buy?

Patty won't you buy that thing?!!

(I was going to use the "blow your horn" idea, doing it this way: "Patty, won't you toot your ho-o-orn?" but it came out really funny in the shortened version, so I refrained, so to speak. ;) LOLOL :P:D

Who's wasting time? Not me..... ! Back to my grand plans now. :D

Hello..I'm new to these chat rooms, so please help me along. I just got a used longarm, which has just been cleaned and adjusted. I am having trouble with the bobbin thread breaking. It will sew a short while, then break. One person suggested changing the needle, which I'll do when I get of here. Just wanted to see if anyone had any other suggestions. Thanks immaxine

A little background may be necessary here. What type of machine do you have? Do you use a TOWA gauge or the "drop" method to determine the proper bobbin tension? What's the tension look like on the stitches before the bobbin thread breaks? What type of thread are you using?

You may wish to start this on a separate topic as I don't think many will pick it up on this one.

Just a thought...

Hi Maxine

Welcome to this list. There are lots of reasons that thread could break. If you do a search on this site - type thread breaking in the search box at the top left of this page you will come up with lots of information.

Which machine do you have.

Best wishes
