Roxie
Is this machine sold? does it have a stitch regulator or can it be added?
Bonnie
Penny....that's true, but its costly...they are only re-fitting the Ult II's to be Green Libby's. They take the head only ( you have to get rid of your wooden table) and then you get a whole new system....trade in on the head is only $2500...so out of pocket cost to you or new customer would be roughly $12,000, if I remember the quote that they gave me when I asked about it. There is an after market Stitch Regulator, but has nothing to do with APQS, and once your machine is re-fitted with one of these, they will no longer fix or repair your machine should something go wrong with it, they can't because they don't have any idea what's in your machine. You have to be sure that you have some other kind of support or knowledge of how to do it yourself should something go wrong...big down sizer for wanting a SR.
