Judi
What a great show that was!! She is such an excellent quilter - and to watch her quilting away on that Millennium! She had a really great tip idea at the end of the show too.... If you need to check your tension, and instead of doing it on the quilt (and we have all had those quilts where there is NO room on the sides to practice!!!) clamp your machine head so that is will NOT move, off to the side of the quilt, and use a little quilt sandwich in your hands to practice on. Quilting like on your DSM. Simple as that!! Also - she was using a little foam brush to chalk in stencils, instead of the pounce pad. I will HAVE to try that one! OH - and I LOVE the little added design she quilted into a clam shell template - just so happens I was doing an overall clam shell with my CL today. Really a great show with some good ideas! Wish I could have seen that Dahlia quilt a little bit better - and more!! Its one that is being done by her and Claudia - beautiful!!!
