smorris Posted September 24, 2005 Report Share Posted September 24, 2005 Hi everyone Well I got the new manual and the new CQ programme yesterday. Boundaries is the new addition to Compuquilter. It is awesome (such an inadequate word to describe it really) but it is really really COOL. Why? Because its VISUAL! Compuquilter already did the maths for us making it easy to fit motifs, repeats into the desired space, I didn't think it could get any easier, but now we can see the placement and size of the quilting on the screen and know just how it will quilt out. I love the already installed Boundaries shapes: melons, squares, rectangle, on point rectangle (can't wait to do and on point sashing) etc, and make up a few shapes of my own, such as hexagons and circles.
