JoLa
Hi Everyone, I'm getting ready to purchase some bobbins and I'm wondering what type I should get. I've found them with holes on one side, on both sides, shiny metal, black metal, and plastic. Is the size L bobbin the same size as any of the sewing machine bobbins commonly found at JoAnn Fabrics, such as the Class 15? I'd appreciate some advice. Thanks, Joann
suzakel
I think the answer depends on what kind of machine you have. If you have an APQS machine you can order bobbins directly from APQS. The toll free number is in your owner's manual. They are extremely friendly, helpful, and speedy. Charlene
Joann, I like the ones that have holes on one side. That way I don't have to think about what way I am putting them into the bobbin case. Holes always go in the same direction.
