Debbie Rolek
I broke a light bulb, and removed the old one. I can not get the new one that I got from APQS to stay in. If I hold it, the light works, but need to find out what the trick is, or which way to turn the bulb from the front of the machine or something, as I am tire or quilting without a light bulb. smorris
Hi Debbie If the light is dropping out, take a look at the end pieces that the light fits into, one of those might be bent outwards a little , just push it inwards and try again. Debbie Rolek
I bent in the edges, still fell out, so I quilted longer with out light...Called APQS and Amy called back and walked me though taking the handles off and the light bar. Bulb fit in and locked in perfect. I am so happy that APQS has great customer service, and they walk you through things and don't charge for phone help like other businesses. Thanks APQS.
