KathyA Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Thanks Tech Support & Dawn. I was having problems with large stitches and I mean big hops, then SR cutting out, not working. I checked everything, timing, encoder wheels, thread in wheels etc. Imy hair was on end.... Dawn got right back to me, asked questions to narrow it down, then recommended I adjust the encoder wheels. Sent me the directions and YAHOOO. I'm up and running and my machine moves/feels much better. Those little black wheels wear out and even if they look like they are in there good and turn the brown wheel they may still need adjustments. I'll be ordering some new ones.
