kellysuequilter
Ok, I have to brag on my husband a bit. He made me a WONDERFUL and USEFUL gift. He created me a custom made seam ripper. I LOVE it! I was surprised that it was green though. He's made more for the LQS and some of my other quilting buddies and theirs weren't colored. I feel special!
ffq-lar
What a lovely adaptation of a useful tool--is that Fimo or wood? And why is he not offering these for sale to all your BFFs here on the chat????????? ( I like blue.) Christmas is coming you know!

ramona-quilter
OK, Judy, I had to check it out, too. I know that your DH calls them magic wands, but I think that the 11" carved piece makes a perfect pointer for a teacher friend of mine. Beautiful workmanship. kellysuequilter
OK you asked he provided, the chain ripper bowls are listed on Etsy now and there are only 4 seam rippers left. The 36 he made this week end have all been spoken for or sold. A majority went to the LQS for our shop hop. He is currently taking orders and will be listing more on Etsy (there are only 4 left!). More will be coming but we need to find a temporary source for the parts until our normal source gets them back in stock which will likely be a few weeks. Hollyrw
The seam rippers I ordered came on Saturday. Just in time to give them to my friends who were up for a sew day. They LOVED them. I know I was going to save them for Christmas but I just couldn't wait. I've even had an opportunity to use mine this weekend.
