Julia, Yes George is still for sale.

Buyer arranges & pays for shipping. I have a phone call in to APQS to see if they have any boxes. A couple of dealers I contacted suggested having it professionally packed by UPS or Fed X.

I don't have the original boxes. The deluxe hard case (pictured) is heavily padded, and George fits within the contours. It has straps to hold George in place.

George is lightly used and in perfect condition, doing a beautiful job. I purchased him 2015. I'm located in Boise, Idaho.
George is a wonderful option for those who want to sit down while quilting. The 20” throat space makes it easy to work with small to very large quilts!
