[Is there a way to edit a post or delete a post?]

I have a post from 2008 when I was trying to sell my machine.  In that post I posted may email and phone number.

This past week I had an unknown cousin reach out to me via text message and then he called me.  When I asked how he got my # he said he googled my email.

Sure enough when I googled my email the above mentioned post came up.

So I would like to edit or delete that post so it doesn't happen again if I can.

Any help would be appreciated.  I know it has to be something simple....but I am just not seeing it right now.
