Hey Dawn, Happy New Year! Thanks for the info on the vertical lock. I have loosened one of the screws but the other one stripped, it is really tight. not sure what to do next.. any ideas thanks, sheila

I have had Bliss installed for about a year now and it is has changed just lately, not sure why. I will try and reach Amy or someone this week if possible.

Thanks Tonlyn, I've cleaned everything, it seems to need adjusting but I can't seem to find something to adjust. I can see where it clicks in to place when I turn it on, but can't figure how to tighten.

I have tried the marking with the laser and can't seem to get it as good as the eye. My hopping foot insists on catching the edge of the light.

Hope everyone is surviving christmas rush! Has anyone adjusted their vertcal lock? I have a millenium with bliss, it is not clicking and moves. Help!!! Pretty Please.

I have searched the forum posts and also scooured the maintenance manual...........
