randi
can any one help me out? I am a new quilter, i have a used Millie. My thread got caught around the inside of the casing inside the machine, in order to get it out I had to loosen the screw that holds the black bar tight. This is on the mchaine.( the bobbin casing with bobbin is out of machine) my question? I tighten the screw back , but not sure which spot the black circle part it is suppose to hold tight. Do I sound "nuts" or what? I looked in my book they gave me , but it just tells how to set up table and put machine on it, not very helpful. And ya know what else, tec. support is off today, go figure. Sorry rough day. thanks randi
randi
Hey I got it.... sometimes if ya just walk away , and come back, magic happens. Thanks, no one has to crawl under their machine, isn't that just groovy! randi:P
CWBowser
You might want to order a new case or two as a back up incase the problem happens again. Glad it has gotten better. Charlotte
